Talibs appeal to Panjshir resistance forces

The Taliban grouping that is in control of Afghanistan has addressed the resistance forces in Panjshir that refuse to obey.
Report informs, citing TASS, that the Taliban suggested that these forces join the grouping.
"To avoid the clashes, we call on the resistance forces to join the movement," the grouping said.
The Taliban also appointed a governor to Panjshir.
Notably, the forces in Panjshir are led by Ahmad Massoud and Afghanistan's First Vice President Amirullah Saleh.
