Syria's FM plans to visit European countries to strengthen cooperation

Foreign Minister in the Syrian transitional government, Asaad Hassan al-Shibani, has announced plans to visit European countries, Al Watan newspaper wrote, Report informs via TASS .

"I will lead a high-level delegation on a tour of European countries aimed at strengthening cooperation," he said during a press conference in Damascus with Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani.

The dates of the visits were not specified.
