Sweden is ready to impose sanctions on the EU countries that stand against hosting migrants, for example, Hungary.
"Yes, I am ready to do so because one day we must feel collective responsibility (for hosting migrants). This responsibility cannot be assumed by one, two or three countries, we need to help with this," Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven, who proposed the initiative, said.
He noted that it is unfair when such successfully developing European countries, which got the biggest support from EU, as Hungary, refuse to carry responsibility for migration.
