Spain has no plans to establish NATO naval base on island of Menorca

The Spanish government has no plans to turn the naval base in the municipality of Mahon on the island of Menorca into a logistics base for NATO ships operating in the Mediterranean, the Kingdom's Ministry of Defense said, Report informs via TASS.

Two NATO bases in Spain are located in Rota (autonomous community of Andalusia) and Cartagena (autonomous community of Murcia).
