The Scottish government has published a bill that allows for a second referendum on the country's independence from Britain, Report informs citing the Guardian.

The document provides that the second referendum may be held until 2021.

The Prime Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon stressed that this vote would give the residents of the country a choice between being a “European nation” or a state on which "Brexit was imposed".
