Baku. 14 January. REPORT.AZ/ U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman agreed Monday on the need to continue de-escalation in the conflict in Yemen, Report informs citing foreign media.
"On Yemen, agreed on need for continued de-escalation and adherence to Sweden agreements, especially cease-fire and redeployment in Hudaydah," the US embassy in Riyadh tweeted on Monday after a meeting between Pompeo and Prince Mohammed.
Pompeo earlier cut short his trip to the Middle Eastern countries due to a death in his family.
