Russian Foreign Ministry: OSCE in crisis

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is in crisis because it has deviated from its original tasks, Igor Kapyrin, the acting director of the Department of European Cooperation of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said in a conversation with RIA Novosti, Report informs.
In his opinion, there is currently no cooperation and security in Europe, and there is no opportunity to discuss the absence of either.
"Russia's former partners do not want dialogue, although the OSCE provides such an opportunity," the diplomat noted.
