A missile fired by Russian troops has hit residential quarters in the Chernihiv city of Ukraine.
Azerbaijani professor, former judge Sadiq Taghiyev told Report's Eastern European bureau from Chernihiv that the city came under missile fire yesterday night.
Two apartments on the first and second floors of a five-story residential building burned, a woman was injured. Tagiyev noted that the building of the Chernihiv Court of Appeal was also damaged.
