President reveals cause of crisis in Kazakhstan

"The events in Kazakhstan were caused by serious socio-economic problems and the inefficiency and failure of some government agencies. It must be admitted," Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said in his address to the parliament, Report informs.
