Floods in the Philippines caused by heavy rains have claimed 13 lives, Report informs via Interfax.
Searches are underway for 23 more people who are considered missing. Fire and police officers help people leave flooded areas.
For two days Philippines were hit by heavy rains, which forced about 45,000 people to wait out bad weather in evacuation centers and disrupted the celebration of Christmas.
The local emergency agency noted that the bad weather caused serious damage to agriculture, in particular, many livestock died.
