As part of the 8th Global Baku Forum, a panel discussion was held on the topic “New world order after COVID-19,” Report informs.

The panel discussion was attended by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, former Prime Minister of Turkey Binali Yildirim, President of the 75th session of the UN General Assembly Volkan Bozkir, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Ouided Bouchamaoui, President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs Wang Chao and others.

Ouided Bouchamaoui spoke about the need to strengthen the education of women, and also noted the importance of recognizing the role of women in all spheres. She noted that in such forums it is necessary to allocate more seats for women, whose voices must be heard. She also emphasized the important role of youth in global processes.

According to Wang Chao, the world community should reflect on the post-pandemic peace and should spare no effort to achieve peace and stability.
