“We will declare that Russia is no longer a partner, but a threat to our security, peace and stability,” Stoltenberg noted.

He said that China will be mentioned in the alliance’s strategy for the first time.

“That’s because the rise of China is a challenge to our interests, our values ​​and our security,” he said.

The NATO summit is scheduled for June 29-30.
