Mark Rutte unable to answer when Ukraine will be NATO member

Ukraine ultimately will be a part of NATO, Secretary General Mark Rutte said in an interview with The Guardian.
However, Rutte didn’t specify when: “Obviously, that’s not something I can answer.”
“We have to make clear to Putin that he has no vote or veto on that decision,” the NATO secretary general said.
