Iran has confirmed the death of General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, who was in charge of its missile program, following Israeli attacks.
Report informs via Iranian media trhat Hajizadeh was the commander of the Aerospace Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
On the of June 13, Israel launched the "Rising Lion" operations against Iran. In particular, the Israeli Air Force attacked Iran’s military and nuclear facilities. The Israeli strikes resulted in the deaths of Iran’s Chief of General Staff, the head of the IRGC, a number of other military leaders, and nuclear scientists. There were also civilian casualties.
A representative of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that the operation to destroy Iran’s nuclear potential and ballistic missile capabilities will take several days. In response, Iran’s General Staff said there would be no limitations on retaliatory strikes against Israel.
