Finland doesn't issue export license for icebreaker construction for Russian company

The Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs refused to issue an export license to the Finnish shipyard Arctech Helsinki Shipyard for an icebreaker construction project for the Russian company Norilsk Nickel, Report informs via TASS.
“According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, dated September 30, a negative decision was made regarding the issuance of an export permit,” the shipyard said.
