European Union countries have agreed to extend individual sanctions against Russia for six months, which were imposed after the start of the Rusian invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
As Report informs with reference to Ukrainian media, this was announced by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas.
"We just extended our sanctions on Russia.
At the same time, we are finalising work on the 19th package – looking into additional curbs on Russian oil sales, shadow oil tankers, and banks.
We"ll keep choking off the cash for Putin"s war," Kallas said in a post on X.
