EU and UK reach Brexit deal - UPDATED

Negotiators of the European Union and the UK have reached a deal on Brexit, Report informs citing the Reuters.

The head of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, confirmed the achievement of a deal to exit Britain from the EU.

“Where there is a will, there is a #deal - we have one! It’s a fair and balanced agreement for the EU and the UK and it is testament to our commitment to find solutions. I recommend that #EUCO endorses this deal,” Juncker wrote on his Twitter page.

Jean-Claude Juncker said that he recommended the EU summit to approve this deal.
