An explosion occurred on Wednesday morning in one of the districts of Kabul, Afghanistan, Hasht-e Subh newspaper said, Report informs via TASS.
According to the newspaper, a vehicle was blown up in the fifth district of the city. The car was transporting employees of the Taliban Ministry of Reconstruction and Development of Agriculture. The details of the incident are being specified.
The Taliban have not yet commented on the incident.
According to Al Jazeera, there are dead and injured.
