Canada imposes new sanctions on Russia

Canada further amended the Special Economic Measures (Russia) Regulations to list an additional 43 individuals and 17 entities, Report informs, referring to the Russian newspaper Kommersant.
The Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced plans to expand sanctions against Russia earlier. At that time, it was planned to extend restrictions to the natural gas, oil, and chemical sectors, including industrial production.
