Biden names Putin's main goal in war against Ukraine

US President Joe Biden said Russian President Vladimir Putin didn't just invade Ukraine, but he wants to destroy independent Ukrainian culture, because he believes that it simply does not exist.

Biden said the Russian president is not only razing to the ground what is left, but is also destroying Ukraine's cultural centers, museums, schools, attractions.

The US leader added that Putin is trying to destroy the Ukrainian culture.

He said the position of not taking sides and not supporting Ukraine is unacceptable, which means that the West will continue to provide assistance to Ukraine even despite economic problems.
