The defense ministers of Northern Europe and the Baltic states have said that Western countries will never agree to Russia's terms on security in Europe, Report informs with reference to the Estonian Defense Ministry.

The defense ministers of Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania and Iceland said that the biggest military threat to Europe is Russia. The ministers also unanimously believe that Western countries can never agree to Russia's demands.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has published draft agreements on security between Russia and the United States and NATO. The documents have already been handed over to Washington and its allies. One of the subcategories of the document envisages guarantee that NATO does not expand to the territory of Ukraine.
