600 military personnel diagnosed with COVID-19 in France

Approximately 600 French soldiers have contracted the new type of coronavirus in France, Report says, citing the RIA Novosti.

France's Director General of Health, Jérôme Salomon said the number of deaths from coronavirus in the country exceeded 6.5 thousand people. Thus, the total number of people infected with coronavirus reaches 64,338.

"Approximately 600 of our military have been infected with COVID-19, which corresponds to the scale because it changes. We are closely monitoring the situation and adjusting our battle lines accordingly.
