France should be declared an enemy state, Tahir Karimli, a deputy of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan, said at the plenary session of the parliament held on November 16.
"The statement the Milli Majlis prepared against the resolution that was adopted by the French Senate should be serious and uncompromised," the MP stressed.
He noted that the French have shed a lot of blood throughout history:
"What an enemy is?! I think that France is the real enemy. Therefore, France should be declared an enemy state."
