Azerbaijani parliament speaker: Armenia’s provocation aims to disrupt peace talks  

All responsibility for the provocation caused by Armenia lies with the military and political leadership of this country, the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Sahiba Gafarova, said at the plenary meeting held on May 12, Report informs.
