Hikmat Mirzayev appointed Deputy Minister of Defense - OFFICIAL

The Commander of the Special Forces of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Hikmat Mirzayev, has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Defense following a presidential order, Report informs.

According to the order, Mirzayev will also hold the post of commander of the Land Forces.
