Defense Ministry: Situation on border with Armenia stabilized 

"The situation on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border has stabilized since the evening hours of November 16," Report informs, citing the Defense Ministry.

"The provocation committed by Armenia on the state border has completely failed. Operational conditions are under the control of our departments," the ministry said.

Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue to serve in the sovereign territories of the country.

"The main responsibility for the tension and confrontation as a result of Armenia's provocation lies directly with the military-political leadership of Armenia," the ministry said.
