Chief of General Staff inspects Azerbaijan Air Force operations

First Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, Colonel General Karim Valiyev and other high-ranking officers of the Ministry inspected the service and combat activities of Azerbaijan Air Force military units, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry.

Colonel General Karim Valiyev met with flight and technical personnel of a military air base and inquired about the level of flight training of military aircraft, maneuverability capabilities and effective combat use of aircraft, as well as the condition of flight landing strips.

Valiyev also met with the cadets of the development course at the Training and Educational Center of the Air Force.

The Chief of the General Staff gave relevant tasks on further improvement of combat training, professional level of servicemen, and practical mastering of modern weapons and equipment in the armament.
