"Azerbaijani army's combat capability increases after victory" - top general

"After the victory in the Patriotic War under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, the combat capability of the Azerbaijani Army has increased," First Deputy Defense Minister - Chief of General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army, Lieutenant-General Karim Valiyev said at a meeting with a delegation led by Major-General Francesco Diella, Chief of the Cooperative Security Department of NATO's International Military Headquarters.

He stressed the importance of cooperation within the Operational Capabilities Concept and praised NATO's contribution to the training of Azerbaijani units in this area.
