Azerbaijan, Turkey mull expanding military cooperation

Chief of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, Colonel-General Arzu Rahimov met with military attaché of the Republic of Turkey to Azerbaijan, Major General Zakaria Yalcin.

The State Service told Report that Rahimov congratulated the newly appointed military attaché on his inauguration and wished him success in his work.

Expressing satisfaction with his work as a military attache in Azerbaijan, Major General Yalcin said that the development of military cooperation between the two brotherly countries is at a high level.

The meeting noted that Azerbaijan-Turkey relations were developing on an upward trend, and cooperation in the military field, including the further expansion of exchange of experience conscription and mobilization, was discussed.
