Mubariz Aslanov, a war correspondent covering the war in Ukraine, Baku TV and Report News Agency's special correspondent for Eastern Europe, met with students at the Press Council of Azerbaijan.
Report informs that deputies of the executive secretaries of the Azerbaijan Press Council, students of the Report Media School and the Azerbaijan University of Languages attended the meeting.
The war correspondent spoke about the importance of delivering objective information in dangerous conditions and preserving the principles of media ethics in a war zone.
"The most important condition in wartime is to maintain calm and not panic," Aslanov said.
The special correspondent also gave his advice to young journalists: "Currently, the war in the world is mainly taking place in the information environment. In the future, give preference to activities in foreign countries, because we need to convey the truths of Azerbaijan to the world."
