Tural Ganjaliyev: "Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh want to live with Azerbaijanis, but they are pressured"

"The Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh has always been ready to meet with the Armenian side," Chairman of the Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan Tural Ganjaliyev told journalists.

He noted that the "Azerbaijani community of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan" has repeatedly addressed this issue: "Unfortunately, we haven't received a response in 2019. It shows that the Armenian community is under pressure. They are dependent on the so-called regime. Most likely, some want to live together with the Azerbaijanis, but they are pressured. Journalists made mutual visits after the Azerbaijani community of the Nagorno-Karabakh region called on the Armenian community to negotiate, but the Armenian side created a show and made provocative statements. It means that the representatives of the so-called regime and the aggressive Armenian leadership are not interested in this issue. Their fear is that the Armenian community will understand that the Azerbaijani community thinks differently. We are ready to live together with them."
