"The ownership of Nagorno-Karabakh is reflected in UN Security Council resolutions," said Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
According to Report, he stressed that Russia had not changed its position in this regard: "In general, no country has changed its position."
In 1993, the UN Security Council adopted four resolutions on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
These resolutions recognized Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and demanded the unconditional withdrawal of the occupying Armenian troops from Azerbaijani territory.
