Participants of the international conference on the problem of mines got acquainted with the regional mobile field camp of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) in Aghdam, Report informs.
The participants of the conference were informed about ANAMA's activities in the Aghdam district. They were also shown the process of detonating some of the mines found on the territory, and were told about special drones that detect them.
The delegation also got acquainted with the palace of Panahali Khan located in the city of Aghdam. The participants of the international conference were informed that, like other historical, cultural and religious monuments in the previously occupied territories, the estate of Panahali Khan was subjected to desecration and vandalism by the Armenians.
