Minsk Group co-chairs refuse to meet with separatist leader

The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group from France and the United States Stephane Visconti and Andrew Shaffer rejected to meet with separatist leader Arayik Harutyunyan, Report says, referring to Sputnik Armenia.
