Both Azerbaijan and Turkiye are sincerely interested in normalizing relations with Armenia, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told reporters in Jabrayil, Report informs.
He noted that the meetings between the special representatives of Armenia and Turkiye continue:
“Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Prague. Soon, special representatives will also continue their meetings.”
The minister said that some steps had been taken to increase trust:
“The airspace has been opened and direct flights between the two countries have begun. We made similar sincere gestures. We always say that both Azerbaijan and Turkiye are sincerely committed to the normalization of relations.”
