Ilham Aliyev: War showed that sooner or later, justice is prevailing

“Now we are actively restoring the liberated territories, the large-scale restoration program has been launched,” Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the opening of the 8th Global Baku Forum, Report informs.
“I’m sure that in a relatively short period of time we’ll be to return former refugees - more than 1 million people – who suffered from Armenian occupation. What the war and the results of the war showed is that sooner or later, justice is prevailing,” he added.
