First seismic station in Karabakh to be built in Azerbaijan’s Shusha

In connection with the 100th birthday anniversary of great leader Heydar Aliyev, the first station in Karabakh for seismological research will be built in Azerbaijan’s Shusha, Director-General of the Republican Seismological Service Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Gurban Yetirmishli said at a press conference, Report informs.

“A new station will be built in the vicinity of the city. In general, 10 such stations will be created to conduct research in the territories liberated from occupation,” Yetirmishli emphasized.
