Chingiz Asgarov: ECHR rejected Armenia's complaint about Farrukh height

Armenia periodically sends far-fetched appeals to the European Court of Human Rights, plenipotentiary representative of Azerbaijan to the ECHR, deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Chingiz Asgarov told Report's employee seconded to the Lachin district.

"In March this year, Armenia sent a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights regarding the transfer of the Farrukh height under our control. It noted that Azerbaijan allegedly expelled the local population. The European Court did not meet their complaint.

Armenia also sent complaints to the European Court regarding the arrest and trial in our country of members of the Armenian criminal group transferred to Azerbaijan. The ECHR rejected these complaints as well," said Asgarov.
