Azerbaijan's first former IDPs return to liberated Talish village

The first residents resettled in the liberated Talish village of the Tartar district within the program of Great Return have arrived in their native village.
According to Report’s Karabakh bureau, 20 families (90 people), who were temporarily settled in Baku, Barda, Tartar, Samukh and Goranboy, have been relocated to the Talish village.
In the village, the resettled residents were met by Emin Huseynov, Azerbaijani president’s special representative in the territories liberated from occupation, which are part of the Karabakh economic region (with the exception of the Shusha district), and Mustagim Mammadov, the head of the executive power of the Tartar district.
