Barack Obama to publish his memoirs

Former US President Barack Obama has announced that his political autobiography will be published after the presidential election, Report informs, referring to CNN.

The first book about the ex-president's political career, entitled Promised Land, will be released on November 17.

"In the Promised Land, I will try to be honest about my presidency, the forces we are fighting for as a nation, how we can resolve our differences, and how we can make democracy work for everyone," Obama said.

According to the channel, the book will be issued in 25 languages at the same time. The thick-bound paper version of the memoirs will sell for about $ 45. The audiobook will be available for $ 40.

Earlier, his wife Michelle Obama published her memoirs under the title Formation. The book was published in 2018 and sold millions of copies.
