Russian manufacturer AvtoVAZ soars prices

Baku. 9 January. REPORT.AZ/ The leading Russian automobile manufacturer AvtoVAZ company increased the selling price starting from 2018.

Report informs referring to the TASS.

“The average rise amounted to 2.5% and affected whole AvtoVAZ Group. We do not forecast that demand will decrease. Usually all the manufacturers increase the price of automobiles in the new production year. Therefore, we don't lose in price competitiveness,” company stated. 

AvtoVAZ increased the price of Lada cars in early 2017. The growth on all models at that time equaled to 1.5% - 3%.

AvtoVAZ Group is a member of Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance and produces cars under brand names of Lada, Renault, Datsun.
