The groundbreaking ceremony of the 230 MW Garadagh Solar Power Plant to be built in Azerbaijan by UAE's Masdar company was held at the Gulustan Palace on March 15.
According to Report, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony.
The head of state spoke at the event.
