EU pledges continued support for Azerbaijan's water efficiency efforts

As part of its actions to combat climate change, the European Union (EU) will continue to support Azerbaijan's efforts towards sustainable and efficient use of natural resources, including water, Peter Michalko, Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, said at the event on transition to effective Institutions and programs in the water sector to address water security challenges.
According to Report, Michalko acknowledged that the upcoming tasks are complex, but emphasized that through ongoing cooperation, success can be multiplied and positive changes achieved.
The work done creates significant changes in the lives of many people in Azerbaijan, he added.
