Deputy Minister: Malibay HPP 'private sector’s first energy project in Azerbaijan’s liberated lands'

The Malibay small hydropower plant founded in the same name village of Lachin district, Azerbaijan today is the first energy project of the private sector in the liberated territories, Deputy Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Anar Akhundov said at the groundbreaking ceremony, Report informs.

"We are happy to implement this project together with Türkiye," he said.
