Companies to built first social houses in Azerbaijan named

Baku. 7 March. REPORT.AZ/ Winners of the tender, announced by "MIDA " LLC subordinated to the State Housing Construction Agency, on 3 lots have been identified.

Report informs, three companies won the tender.

According to report, “NN Group” LLC won the tender on lot-1, “Hünər İnşaat” company on lot-2 and “11 saylı İxtisaslaşdırılmış Dəmir Yolu Müəssisəsi” LLC on lot-3 as well procurement contracts signed.

Notably, a bid was announced on December 3 for construction of residential complex near outer ring road in Yasamal district (northern coast of “Bloody Lake”). Construction of 5 residential buildings (including non-residential areas) shall be carried out on lot-1, construction of 4 residential buildings (including non-residential areas) on lot-2 and vertical planning of the area, roads, sidewalks, construction of retaining walls, renovation and landscaping works on lot-3.
