Big traffic jam occurred in Nobel Avenue

Baku. 13 January. REPORT.AZ/ Traffic density observed on Nobel Avenue of Baku.
Report was told in the Intellectual Transport Management Center (ITMC).
Notably, regular big traffic jams occur on avenue related with construction of underground high-voltage power lines in the framework of 'White city' project.
In addition, traffic density observed on Ziya Bunyadov Avenue (20 Yanvar circle/relative traffic density) and Tbilisi Avenue.
