Azerbaijan's economy minister hails unique role of 'Yukselish' in human capital development

The “Yukselish” (Ascension) competition has a unique place in testing talent, creativity, and innovative skills, as well as human capital development, and leadership formation, Azerbaijan's Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said at the opening ceremony of the competition’s final stage, Report informs.
According to Jabbarov, human capital determines the role of every state and society in the modern world: "The welfare of the societies and states is related to human capital."
Jabbarov noted that ways of improving the competition from year to year and introducing new formats depending on experiences are under discussion.
