Azerbaijan Railways: 82 kilometers of Horadiz-Aghband railway line cleared of mines

Eighty-two kilometers of the territory, along which the Horadiz-Aghband railway line will pass, has been cleared, Report informs, citing the Spokesperson of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC Natavan Bayramova.

"Once demining work is complete, construction will be stepped up," Bayramova said.

According to her, work on laying the Barda-Aghdam railway line is underway.

"If the project of the Fuzuli-Shusha railway line is approved, its construction may also be carried out in the future. At the same time, it is possible to lay a railway line in the direction of Kalbajar," Bayramova said.
