Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan may come together for new logistics project

Georgian Railways is working on a new project with Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, David Peradze, Director General of Georgian Railways, said in an interview with Forbes magazine, Report informs.
According to Peradze, it is planned to establish a joint logistics union. The main activities will aim to improve the level of customer service and transportation on a "single window" basis.
Touching upon the main plans of Georgian Railways for 2022, Peradze said that the main goal remains to increase the volume of cargo and improve the quality of freight services.
"One of the priorities is the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars route, currently operating in trial mode. Our goal is to maintain the growth trend regarding this line," he added.
