Artesian wells to be drilled in Jabrayil

Groundwater will be used in the city of Jabrayil, and artesian and subartesian wells will be drilled there, the head of the press service of Azersu OJSC, the Azerbaijani water operator, Anar Jabrayilli, told Report.

He noted that Azersu specialists have already prepared a project for water supply to the city:

“Design work has been completed to create a water collection and distribution network. In the next stage, a project will be implemented to provide drinking water to three villages in the Jabrayil district. In the future, it is planned to carry out work to restore the artesian wells that once existed in the area. Currently, there are no problems with providing drinking water to our military personnel serving in the city of Jabrayil and civilians there."
